Filling 50%: cow’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), burrata 14% (7% of the total) (contains MILK), mozzarella
(contains MILK), tomato sauce, dried tomatoes 9% (4.5% of the total) (contains SULPHITES), dehydrated potatoes, potato starch, natural flavourings, vegetable fibre (Bamboo, Psyllium), salt.
Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20% (10% of the total), water. If red: with
addition of 1% dehydrated tomato (0.5% of the total).
Sprinkle with rice cream.
May contain PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH, LUPINS.

Consume within 3 days after opening.
Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
