Gnocchi are an ancient food, the consumption of which spread in Europe through the discovery and importation of potatoes from the American continent, but they are always in fashion thanks to the different ingredients used for the dough and the wide variety of shapes and finishes.
The Pastifiicio Destefano gnocchi are available in the classic version or made with special doughs. We use new technologies to create stuffed gnocchi, where the potato dough is wrapped around delicious cheese fillings.
