The Classics

Agnolotti are a speciality of the culinary tradition of the Piedmont
region. Their origins are rooted in the past, when it was customary to
use the leftovers of roasted meats and vegetables to make the fillings.
Subsequently a large variety of different shapes and ingredients spread
as the use of local cheese and vegetables.

The filled fresh pasta from Pastificio Destefano, pasta artisans since 1948, has all the characteristics of homemade pasta. This is thanks to a special pasteurization method that allows the products to maintain their aroma and opaque appearance, with the added advantage of a 30-day shelf life when packaged in Modified Atmosphere trays.

The nutritional properties vary according to the filling. On average, 100g of ravioli provide an intake of 300 calories. To this, the caloric intake of the sauce must be added.

Consequently, the calories in a plate of ravioli can range from 340 to 500 calories. A plate of ravioli is an excellent and complete single meal, ideal also for satisfying the tastes of the little ones and very easy to cook. They are also excellent simply seasoned with butter and sage.
