The agnolotti "del plin"
Agnolotti del Plin are a traditional Piedmont speciality, originally
from the Alba area. The name comes from the pinch that is given to
the pasta to seal the filling inside a thin sheet of dough. We produce
agnolotti del Plin with a large variety of fillings, which are created and
prepared in the Pastificio Destefano internal kitchen.
