Agnolotti with cabbage

Ingredients

Filling 50%: Savoy cabbage 34%, cooked ham (pork, salt, natural flavours), mortadella (pork, salt, natural flavours), seasoned bacon (pork, salt, flavours, spices and aromatic plants), cheeses (contains MILK), stew [beef, carrots,
rice, onions, wine (contains SULPHITES), salt, natural flavours, aromatic herbs, garlic, spices], potato starch, EGGS, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), Grana Padano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), vegetable fibre (Bamboo, Psyllium), natural flavours, salt, spices.
Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

Cook in salted water
