Ingredients

Filling 50%: cow’s milk ricotta 40% (WHEY, MILK, salt), spinach 25%, cheeses (contains MILK), sheep’s ricotta (WHEY , MILK, salt), Grana Padano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), starch potatoes, breadcrumbs (type “0” soft WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), dehydrated potatoes, vegetable fiber (Bamboo, Psyllium), natural flavourings, salt, spices, garlic. Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, dehydrated spinach 1%. Sprinkle with rice cream.

Cook in salted water
