Ingredients

Filling 56%: cow ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), sheep
ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), lard 10.5% (6% of the total) (pork
lard, water, salt, spices and aromatic herbs), potato starch, honey
7% (4% of the total), dehydrated potatoes, raw ham (pork, salt,
flavourings, spices, wine), chestnuts 2.5% (1.4% of the total),
breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt),
vegetable fibre (Bamboo, Psyllium), natural flavourings, sugar,
spices.
Pasta 44%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20% (9% of total), water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

Cook in salted water
