Ingredients

Filling 56%: sheep’s ricotta 28.5% (16% of the total) (WHEY, MILK, salt), cow’s ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), honey
14% (8% of the total), potato starch, cheeses (contains MILK), Grana Padano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), dehydrated potatoes, breadcrumbs (type “0” soft WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast , salt), vegetable fibre (Bamboo, Psyllium), natural flavourings, spices.
Pasta 44%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20% (9% of total), water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.
