Ravioli with boar

Ingredients

Filling 50%: wild boar ragù 29% (14.5% of the total) [wild boar meat (60%), olive oil, onion, carrot, CELERY, red wine,
pork belly, starch corn, vegetable proteins, salt, spices, flavourings, yeast extract], cow’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK,
salt), cheese (contains MILK), Grana Padano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme EGG), potato starch, breadcrumbs (type “0” soft WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), dehydrated potatoes, vegetable fibre (Bamboo, Psyllium), salt, natural flavourings, spices.
Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20% (10% of the total), water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

Cooking time: 5 minutes.

Instructions for Use

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
