Ravioli with deer

Ingredients

Filling 50%: deer ragout 29% (14.5% of the total) [deer meat 60%, olive oil, onions, carrots, CELERY, red wine,
corn starch, MILK proteins, salt, spices, flavourings, yeast extract], cheeses (contains MILK), cow’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), Grana Padano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type 0″, brewer’s yeast, salt), potato starch, dehydrated potatoes, vegetable fibre (Bamboo, Psyllium), natural flavourings, salt, spices. Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20% (10% of the total), water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

May contain PEANUTS, NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME, CELERY,
SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH, LUPINS.

Cooking time: 5 minutes.

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
