Courgette & mint fagottini

Ingredients

Pasta 50%: flour WHEAT tender type “00”, durum WHEAT, EGGS 20%, water. Filling 50%: courgettes 26%, ricotta cheese ( MILK whey, MILK, lactic acid), vegetables in varying proportions (potatoes, onions), cheese (containing MILK), sheep’s ricotta (sheep’s MILK whey, salt), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, brewer’s yeast, salt), potatoes ( SULPHITES), potato starch (SULPHITES), sunflower oils, vegetable fiber, salt, flavourings (including CELERY), mint 0,2% (0,1% of the total), garlic.
Sprinkled with rice cream.

It may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME, CELERY, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH.
Allergens: indicated in capital letters.
Cooking time: 2/3 minutes.

Instructions for Use

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
