Filling 50%: spicy Gorgonzola DOP 22% (contains MILK), Williams pears 20%, dehydrated potatoes, cow’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), cheese (contains MILK), potato starch, pear juice concentrate 4%, salt, vegetable fiber (Bamboo, Psyllium), natural flavors, natural pear flavor.
Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

Cook in salted water
