Mezzelune with grilled vegetables

Ingredients

Filling 50%: cream of grilled vegetables 24% [(peppers, aubergines, onions and courgettes in variable proportions) 80%, sunflower oil, vegetable fibres, natural flavourings, salt, garlic], cheeses (MILK), dehydrated potatoes, sheep’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), potato starch, cow’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), vegetable fiber (Bamboo, Psyllium), salt, natural flavourings, spices.
Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20% (10% of the total), water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

May contain PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH, LUPINS.

Cooking time: 5 minutes.

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
