Potato flakes (35% of the total), starch, potato starch, WHEAT flour type “00”, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: disodium diphosphate, antioxidants: ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid, SODIUM METABISULPHITE, spices, red radicchio sauce 4% [red radicchio 77% (3% of the total), sunflower seed oil, onion, butter (contains MILK), extra virgin olive oil, salt, rice starch, balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, skimmed MILK powder, spices)], beetroot, cow’s ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), natural flavors.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

May contain EGGS, MILK, PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOY, FISH, SHELLFISH, LUPINS.

Cooking time: 2 minutes.

Instructions for Use

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
