Ingredients

Filling 50%: duck ragout 29% [duck meat (60%), olive oil, vegetables (contains CELERY), white
wine, MILK proteins, corn starch , salt, spices, flavourings, yeast extract], cow’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt), cheese (contains MILK), Grana Padano DOP (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG lysozyme), starch potatoes, breadcrumbs (type “0” soft WHEAT flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), dehydrated potatoes, vegetable fibre (Bamboo, Psyllium), natural flavourings, salt, spices. Pasta 50%: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water.
Sprinkle with rice cream.

May contain PEANUTS, NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOYA, FISH, SHELLFISH, LUPINS.

Cooking time: 5 minutes.

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
