The company then passed into the hands of the families of his two sons, Rinaldo and Giuliano, who knew how to carry forward the same passion for fresh filled pasta, later passing it on to the third generation with Chiara and Marco Destefano, the founder's grandchildren.

Artigiani della pasta
Pasta making is one of Italy’s oldest crafts, through which our country has seduced and conquered palates worldwide.
The DESTEFANOs, pasta artisans for over 75 years, have combined mastery and creativity with the most modern production techniques, producing over 300 kg/hour of product while maintaining the characteristics of homemade fresh pasta. This is thanks to their pasteurization method which allows the pasta to remain opaque and retain the characteristic scent of fresh pasta, yet with a shelf life of up to 30 days for products packaged in modified atmosphere trays.
Thanks to the internal kitchen that daily studies, develops, and produces fillings for its products, the pasta factory is able to create customized recipes and labels upon customer request.
The Company has obtained the top certifications for food quality. From 2015 to 2020, it was certified according to BRC and IFS standards, subsequently achieving ISO FSSC 22000 certification. Always sensitive to environmental respect and sustainability, for over 15 years Destefano has also been equipped with a photovoltaic system allowing the use of clean energy.
