Our seasonal recipes are chosen for the freshness of the ingredients with which they are prepared.
They are showcased in local culinary events and annual festivals, such as the savoy cabbage festival in Montalto Dora, while during the Ivrea Carnival we wanted to pay tribute to the battle of the oranges with our orange-scented cheese-
filled fagottini.
