Ingredients

potato flakes, starch, potato starch, WHEAT flour type “00”, salt, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: disodium diphosphate, antioxidants: ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid, SODIUM METABISULPHITE, spices, cow’s milk ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt) (8% of the total), nettle cream [(nettle 85%, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, wine vinegar, potato starch, onions, sugar, salt, MILK proteins, arlic, white wine, acidity regulator: lactic acid (E270, yeast extract, black pepper)].
Sprinkle with rice cream.

May contain PEANUTS, NUTS, CELERY, MUSTARD, SESAME, SOY, FISH, SHELLFISH, MILK, EGGS, LUPINS.

Allergens: indicated in capital letters.
Cooking time: 2 minutes.

Instructions for Use

Cook in salted water
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Consume within 3 days after opening.

Store in refrigerator between 0 and + 4°C. To be consumed after cooking.
